More Tournaments (wanted to run a few more but scheduleing was rough to not compete vs big Con Events)
More on the Big Screen (big hit with everyone, staff and attendies)
More Retro Systems (Nintendo, Gensis, etc)

Room layout was much better this year.

I agree with the better layout and the fact that there needs to be more retro systems.

I myself would have liked to see at least one more import PS2 playing some Japanese Awesomeness (NxC and Fate/Unlimited Codes FRIGGIN RAWK!)

Sadly I only have 1 import PS2... that is on my list of things to try to get. First of all that poor PS2 is a thinline, it heats up something ferice. Running 12 hours straight with all the play it gets is going to burn it out really fast LOL. Plus it would be nice to have 2 stations, however if I run 2 stations it will most likly be 2 stations for 6 hours each or something and then switch them out with Domestic PS2 due to heat issues.

As anyone can see I take very good care of my video game systems (and the cons and those donated for use), I dont run them into the ground. Which is why we have so many old systems still working in top shape :)

I'm a big fan of imports so you won't get any arguments from me. I will do some poking around and see if I can come up with any deals on import systems. The one we have was brought back from Japan by a staffer who needed some quick cash. :P

I'm glad everyone liked my Fate Unlimited Codes game. When I saw that I really wanted it and I justified buying it because I knew it would be popular at the convention. I have several others I'd like to get but haven't had the cash for yet. The PS2 Melty Blood is on that list, hopefully I will have it for next year. Last year I added the FMA import fighting game which was really big last year. I hope each year I can bring over at least 1 epic import game that is easy to play even if you can't read Japanese.

In the mean time if anyone has an import system they don't want any more or need to get rid of (or you know a good source) please let us know. :)

The only thing I could suggest are some Handheld toureys, like Dissidia and Disgaea. Oh, and I'm gonna put my SC4 Custom Character Cosplay Contest Idea out there one last time ^_^

I didn't attend BC in 2009, but in 2010 I'll be going to school in Burlington, VT and will be attending for sure. I can't say what to add because I don't know what you did and didn't have last year video game wise, but I think a Blazblue or Street Fighter IV tournament would be pretty cool. Tatsunoko vs. Capcom on the Wii would also be good too! Blazblue seems more popular among the anime community, but both are really fun games. I have a few sticks for the Wii, 360, and PS3 or players could use the regular controller.
Just an idea. :D

If we do have Street Fighter IV for the Xbox 360 I have the Chun-Li fight pad that I could loan to the Video gaming department.

BLASPHMEY!!! How dare you suggest a xbox in our video gaming room!
To be fair we have had a xbox running rockband that last few years.

We did run a Blazblue tournament last year, but Im certainly up to running one again. As well as Streetfighter IV (even if its my least favorite street fighter to date). Tatsunoki vs Capcom is definitely going to be thier this year 8)

The SF4 remix will be out by then an i've heard that they are fixing many of the issues with the original. Plus this time its only $40

We can only hope 8) I give the game credit for what they did, I mean after all it wasn't a SF EX graphics *shiver*. Maybe they can take care of Chun Li's man hands to lol.
