Remember 4KIDS Entertainment and their (in)famous dub of One Piece (an anime not meant “for kids”)? They’ve been banished to the shadow realm of Chapter 11 bankruptcy since 2012, but have you ever wondered what could have been if they were still around, still localizing anime (and other content) that is absolutely, definitely NOT intended “for kids”? Well, we’re going to try an answer that proverbial “what if” by giving the “4KIDS treatment” to scenes from JJBA, Spy x Family, Gushing over Magical Girls, Chainsaw Man, Dandandan, Hazbin Hotel, and more with a healthy dose of malicious compliance! Finally, we’ll pick some volunteers to voice act our edited scenes live! Laughs and nostalgia guaranteed, jelly doughnuts not included….
